Refund policy
All items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your package for store credit only. All clothing items must not have been worn and must be in brand new condition. Copper Union is NOT responsible for return shipping costs nor do we refund original shipping costs if a return is made. If you are ordering multiple sizes of one item for fit reasons, they may be returned for a refund otherwise returns are for store credit only. To begin the exchange/return process please email shipping@copperunionapparel.com. Once we confirm your return via email, please mail the package to us within one week (7 days).
