We ship USPS priority mail which takes an average of 2-5 business days. Once your item ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for processing as some items are made-to-order.

Rush shipping is available within the US with Priority Mail Express, which is overnight for most locations. For pre-ordered items, rush shipping will be applied once the item is available for shipping. Expected delivery dates are listed in the product descriptions. 

We ship regular international mail (typically 7-10 business days). We estimate shipping charges based on your package weight and country. If the actual cost for shipping is less than we will issue a refund for the correct amount. If the cost is more we will contact you to arrange to pay any additional amount. If you live in the Portland, Oregon area, you can choose to pick up your items from our studio rather than have them shipped. You will receive an email to coordinate a time and date to pick up your items.
