I know that you all have been waiting for this beauty! The new Lucy Midi Dress is perfect for living your best life!! This sheer black dress can be worn two ways, tied through the armholes for more of a cape-like look or all the way around the waist for a closer to the body fit. This is a size-less dress, which is an amazing piece to have in your closet and know it will always fit your beautiful body. We have tried this dress on folks sizes 10-40 and it works for everyone so far. I do believe it would work for bodies above and below that as well. There is so much fabric to play with in this dress you can't help but feel like a floating goddess in it! The Base Dress also works great under this design, too!

Refund policy
All items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your packagefor store credit only. All clothing items must not have been worn and must be in brand new condition. Copper Union isNOTresponsible for return shipping costs nor do we refund original shipping costs if a return is made. If you are ordering multiple sizes of one item for fit reasons, they may be returned for a refund otherwise returns are forstore credit only.
To begin the exchange/return process please email shipping@copperunionapparel.com. Once we confirm your return via email, please mail the package to us within one week (7 days).
Shipping policy
Standard Shipping: We ship USPS priority mail which takes an average of 2-5 business days. Once your item ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for processing as some items are made-to-order.
Express Shipping: Rush shipping is available within the US with Priority Mail Express, which is overnight for most locations. For pre-ordered items, rush shipping will be applied once the item is available for shipping. Expected delivery dates are listed in the product descriptions.
International Shipping Outside the US: We ship regular international mail (typically 7-10 business days). We estimate shipping charges based on your package weight and country. If the actual cost for shipping is less than we will issue a refund for the correct amount. If the cost is more we will contact you to arrange to pay any additional amount. For priority or express international shipping, or insurance/tracking number inquiries please email us atshipping@copperunionapparel.com.
Local Pickup: Free for PortlandersIf you live in the Portland, Oregon area, you can choose to pick up your items from our studio rather than have them shipped. You will receive an email to coordinate a time and date to pick up your items.
