Let's be honest it is hard to find pants that will fit bodies and bellies in a way that doesn't make you constantly tug at them! So we too extra care in designing these pants to have a longer rise and fit more bodies comfortably. With a 2.5" self cased elastic waistband they are great match for one of our crop tops or a nice flowing top tucked in. They are made on the longer side so the tall babes have more coverage but can be shorten for a little fee (once shorten they are not returnable). Once these are gone they are gone, there is no more of this fabric!

Refund policy
All items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your packagefor store credit only. All clothing items must not have been worn and must be in brand new condition. Copper Union isNOTresponsible for return shipping costs nor do we refund original shipping costs if a return is made. If you are ordering multiple sizes of one item for fit reasons, they may be returned for a refund otherwise returns are forstore credit only.
To begin the exchange/return process please email shipping@copperunionapparel.com. Once we confirm your return via email, please mail the package to us within one week (7 days).
Shipping policy
Standard Shipping: We ship USPS priority mail which takes an average of 2-5 business days. Once your item ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for processing as some items are made-to-order.
Express Shipping: Rush shipping is available within the US with Priority Mail Express, which is overnight for most locations. For pre-ordered items, rush shipping will be applied once the item is available for shipping. Expected delivery dates are listed in the product descriptions.
International Shipping Outside the US: We ship regular international mail (typically 7-10 business days). We estimate shipping charges based on your package weight and country. If the actual cost for shipping is less than we will issue a refund for the correct amount. If the cost is more we will contact you to arrange to pay any additional amount. For priority or express international shipping, or insurance/tracking number inquiries please email us atshipping@copperunionapparel.com.
Local Pickup: Free for PortlandersIf you live in the Portland, Oregon area, you can choose to pick up your items from our studio rather than have them shipped. You will receive an email to coordinate a time and date to pick up your items.
