Purple Haze Katie Dress

I passed on the first edition of this dress and there wasn't a day I didn't regret it. So, the moment this dress 2.0 was on pre-sale, I jumped on it and never looked back!
It's everything I dreamed it would be. The crushed velvet is so regal and the purple is gorgeous. I can dress it up or down, and I always get compliments. I love twirling in all my CU dresses and it has POCKETS!

I saw this fabric and knew IMMEDIATELY I needed this dress. When it arrived I was blown away at how pretty the color was, how luxe the fabric felt and how PERFECT this dress fit my body. It is SO HARD to find dresses that fit well in all positions - sitting, standing, laying ect. This dress looks good at ALL ANGLES. I wore it on stage for a performance and it was next level. The sheen of the fabric works well with lighting and it photographs BEAUTIFULLY. On top of all that it's a fabric that requires zero ironing. It can be folded or shoved into a bag and will shake out just fine. It is absolutely my new favorite dresses to wear and perform in. Copper Union does it AGAIN!

I pre-ordered this dress and it arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged in their eco-friendly mailers with the cutest tissue paper EVER. The dress is a great fit for me, I got a size 3 (I wear a 26/28 in general) because I wanted it a bit fitted and I know this velvet is stretchy. This color is even more beautiful in person, I know that’s hard to imagine but it really is. It’s got POCKETS and great movement to the skirt and I’m so happy with it. I have this cut in other fabrics too and it’s just so classic and lovely. Another copper union winner! Thank you!
